CDKC Round 5

Struggled all weekend with the flu, so today was all about staying out of trouble and securing enough points to wrap up the 2022 CDKC Junior Heavy Championship.

Mission accomplished with a solid 3rd place. Could have been 2nd place had it not been for lapped traffic getting in the way, but hey, that’s racing.

We did what we had to do and now have an unassailable 45-point lead in the Club Championship in my first year of racing, which is pretty darn special.

Time for a week of rest at home so I can hopefully kick this flu.
