Australasian Gold Cup

A tough weekend at the Australasian Gold Cup in Dubbo.

We suffered from engine problems all weekend, had no top end speed, and could not rev it past 12,000 RPM in the pre-final and 10,500 RPM in the final. She just had nothing to give!

We were 20km/h slower than normal down the straights and all we could do is position the Kart and try and hold on to as many places as we could.

We started fourth in the final and ended up in P6 overall.

Plenty of lessons learnt, and hopefully our engine builder can shed some light on what the cause was.

We stay positive, keep moving forward, and put last weekend behind us.
