WKRC - Round 2

A massive step up today to Junior Performance and a steep learning curve ahead. I picked a good week to step up with State and National Junior Champions on the grid!

A little disappointing to be 2-3 tenths of a second down per lap on the front runners, but at least we know what we have to do to make up that ground and be up fighting for a win. But thats what happens when we are carrying 6-7 kg of extra weight. We need to work on that if we are to stay in Junior Performance.

Still managed to come home 5th, so it was not all doom and gloom.

Time for a top end rebuild on this engine, and get it on the dyno to make sure we are extracting every ounce of horsepower! I think the tired engine did us no favours today.

We dust ourselves off, learn from this and focus on Lithgow Round 3 in early May.
