Really happy with the performance of the kart today and the gains that we have made over the last 3 weeks. We were 3 to 4 tenths per lap faster than my last race, with a new Lap PB of 45.412 seconds even with an engine desperately in need of a rebuild!

Ran in the top 3 all day long including a win in the pre-final, but just didn't have enough in the final to grab the overall win. My third successive 2nd place shows that we are not far away.

We do our homework and come back stronger in July!
